What is the best deck for me to pick my cabin on the Carnival Victory?

First decide what category you want. Inside, Outside, Balcony or Suite. Then pick something in that category about in the middle of the ship from front to back. Then check on a website for deck plans such as vacationstogo.com. You should check and make sure that there are no white spaces above or below your cabin. These are public spaces that can get quite noisy.
