  1. tartar can be only removed by your dental hygienist through a professional cleaning. it  is best that you get a schedule of a dental appointment with your dentist as soon as possible.  Tartar build up cannot be removed by brushing and flossing alone.

in the meantime, you might consider using an all natural oral care product to keep the gum disease from developing, this will help you clean the mouth and keep it salivated as well as keep bad bacteria in the mouth under control. continue having good oral hygiene, it can really help. visit http://www.oramd.co.uk for more helpful tips on gum care.

  2. Counting The Tooth Whitening Cost – Professional Laser treatment

Laser treatment is a fairly quick procedure that involves two things. First, a translucent tooth whitening gel is carefully applied to your teeth. A laser light is then used to activate the crystals in the gel to absorb heat from the light and heighten the whitening process. How long the treatment lasts depends on how badly discolored your teeth are.

Laser treatment is effective and immediate. The cost for laser tooth whitening depends on where you live but typically comes in at around $1000.

  3. Sounds like tartar aka calculus buildup. The blackness occurs when the buildup starts to form beneath the gumlines as well as above. The part above the gumlines is a more yellow color. Bad news is if this much is on your teeth it is most likely causing bone loss aka periodontal disease. As it grows it destroys the bone that holds your teeth in and replaces it with more buildup. You gums can become infected with pus even. If too much bone loss occurs your teeth will become loose. The only way to get rid of all of it is to see a dental hygienist possible even a periodontist (specializes in gum disease) and have a deep cleaning aka Quad scaling and root planning. This will help get rid of the buildup and stop bone loss progression.
