  1. Check out an ebook called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.  I got it a while back and its really good in describing what and how you should eat as well as how to workout.  He also goes into detail about different body types (including mesomorphs) and how each should approach fitness.  I like his approach as its a healthy and effective plan that you can continue for the rest of your life.


  2. The guy who just answered - the top contributer - is just copy pasting everything to people with different questions. Look. You need to give some goals. We can't answer (except for him, apparently) what is the best diet and workout plan for a mesomorph body type unless you tell us your goals. A while back only bodybuilders knew the lingo of mesomorph but since then a lot of other people are picking it up, so I don't know if you're trying to lean out or get more muscular, work out for a sport, etc. I can recieve emails just make sure if you email me for further details that you give me your address (I don't think yahoo does automatically if it's through yahoo answers.)
