What is the best digital camera I can get for like $180 and under?

I am going to use it all of the time for just random use, alot for snowboarding (so action photos.) I want something with at least 7 megapixels. I always thought that canon is the best. what is and what should I get?

Personally love my Kodak digital camera because it is so user friendly and I get many compliments on the photographs I take. In the past I've had a Fugi digital camera, which I did NOT like because you had to hold the camera super steady to get a good shot or your pictures would blur. Never had the problem with the Kodak

look for sony brands, if not...samsung will do. check sony.com though first.
