What is the best digital camera for around 130 dollars?

I want to buy one of those little digital cameras, not the big black bulky professional ones. I have never had a digital camera, but I love taking pictures and I take pictures with my friends' camera's as much as I can. I got 150 dollars for my birthday and in total together with my savings, I have 370 dollars. I want to leave 100 dollars to spend for shopping, so I have 270 dollars left to use to buy a digital camera. But I want to buy a Microsoft Zune, which costs 140 dollars without tax which leaves me with about 130 dollars to use to buy a digital camera. Please suggest some really good digital cameras that I can buy that are very good and if you can please state the pros and cons about them. Thank you

i've got an olympus fe310 which has 5 x zoom , 8 megapixel & is about the price you're looking at. they take great pictures, simple to use, everything going for it without costing a fortune. go & have a look at them in any department or camera store. good luck, hope you find something that suits you.
