What is the best dim sum place in San Francisco, CA?

I second the recommendation for Ton Kiang.  Best in San Francisco, by far.  Go early, or else you will wait for a table for a very long time, especially on weekends.

First runner up would be City View on Commercial Alley, in the FiDi right on the edge of Chinatown.  Ditto about going early to beat the crowds.

Yank Sing is decent, but pricey, and getting a bit touristy.

Yank Sing. But as previously noted, it is expensive but it also is killer good!

My opinion, Mayflower on Geary and 26tth or 27th...

Yank Sing is good, but too expensive.  Yet Wah is not consistent.  Tong Kiang is also good but too expensive.

If you want to venture to Daly City, Koi Palace is great, but it's an order place - not many carts.

ohh, ive been to koi's before...man the food is great. Not sure about dim sum though.
