What is the best dinner (food) you have ever had?

  1. i went to virginia beach and ate at this place called Luna...something.  i got this linguini with tomato sauce, shrimp, oysters, and scallops.  all of it fresh.  it came with garlic bread.  it was REALLY good

A very comfy "Chefs surprise" A concoction I came up with when there was only "a little of this and a little of that" with 3 hungry kids to feed, they loved it! 2 Tbs. margarine  a pound of hamburger, onion sauteed, skim off fat-- add- can of tomato soup, canned corn, green beans,-all drained- Cheddar cheese,cup of milk, pepper&salt, 2 Tbsp. sugar, cup of catsup, to this add 2 Tbls. flour which has been disolved in 1/2 cup milk, then add 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni stir over medium heat 15min. Serve! Yummy!

  6. Outback Steakhouse.  I had it the day after I got out of basic training...  After 7 weeks of h**l it was the best meal I have ever eaten even if it was only a sirloin.

    well actually it was at a hospital.

    A.I. Du Pont to be exact.

    I was supposed to get knee surgey either late one night or early the next morning...

    depending on my doctor's scedual, but I was not allowed to eat for 8? hours before.

    I ended up having the surgery the next morning...

    and that night I had chicken nuggets, mashed potatos, a pudding cup, and ginger ale.

    It tasted like heaven.

  8. Oven roasted puppy dog with cow tongue sauce, pink baby mice (with no fur) wine (home made) of course.

  10. my mom's chicken quesadillas!!! SO AMAZING!  she grills the chicken and uses shredded cheddar cheese, sliced red, green, and yellow peppers, fresh chopped parsley, and sesame seeds. then she puts the quesadillas on the griddle with a little butter to brown them- incredible!

  11. One night at Fiore's in Las Vegas, we had  Lobster with a small filet. It was the best meal I have ever eaten. My wife's boss ordered an expensive wine. Of course a gourmet coffee with brandy after dessert.

  20. i'm still daydreaming about a massive, steaming serving of eggplant parmesan and fettucine i had at a local restaurant recently. i would lay down my life for it. it was heaven on a plate.
