What is the best dirtbike to buy?

i use to race and i am starting again i had a kx125 is there an 08 ...what bike should i get and will be best for speed and can take a beating thanks

Honda 2 strokes or yamaha 2strokes all the way! honda 2strokes are legendary and the parts are easy to find

a Suzuki would be the best choice for what u r doing.

depends on what you are used to riding 2 stoke or 4 stroke. my son is faster on a 4 stroke me i like a 2 stroke. if you can change your riding style 4 stroke is the way to go. stronger bikes know.

The kx125 2008 model is already out, but just go along to a few different dealers and have a look at all the known brands to see what suits you best.

Also have a think about a 4 stroke 250cc. My son races both the 2 stroke 125cc class and the 4 stroke 250cc class (at least when they are separate and not run together) and he feels that the 4 stroke has more balls than the 125cc.  He was racing a kx125cc for a few years but we swapped him over to a honda as felt the kx was a bit outclassed when against the other known brands and he has found the honda personally to be a much better bike.
