What is the best download to recover your lost videos?

I had recorded some videos off of my Canon digital camera last year and this year and i deleted it because i didnt want them anymore but, when i try to do my backup files on my computer it just doesnt locate those videos anymore.is there anyway i can get them back.

I tryed alot of downloads (like recovermyfiles) n stuff but it didnt help at all.

method 1 try system restore you can find it under search and just restore it to the day you deleted them one more thing if you deleted them 1 year ago try cheaking your recycling bin and if its not their
