Milani!!!! Omg, these colors are SO pigmented. One of the more expensive drugstore brands. You can find them at Super Target.

if you can buy online i suggest cherryculture.com they have nyx cosmetics and there amazing, i love using mac and these are just as great except way cheaper.  also ulta sells nyx stuff too.  Avon is also a good alternative they have pretty good eyeshadow just not a big selection of colors but if you love neutrals then they are really great, and the mark eyeshadows from avon are more colorful if your looking for that.  but if you just looking to go to your local drugstore hip and covergirl work really well for me.  hope this helps:)

My favourite drugstore eyeshadows are NYX.  The quality is outstanding for the price.  You get highly pigmented shadows that are finely milled for a fraction of the cost of high end shadows.  You can purchase an eye shadow trio for like $6.00 on Cherry Culture.com, you really can't ask for cheaper than that.  

Another great drugstore brand is Prestige. They too make super pigmented shadows that blend like a dream.  I find their stuff alittle bit more difficult to find, not every drugstore carries their stuff.

NYX cosmetics. they have amazing quality eyeshadows and lipsticks. their around 3-5$ an eyeshadow depending on where you go. They also have great pigmentation. i highly suggest those.

Also- H.I.P eyeshadow duos. they are around 6 dollars and they are also really great quality for the price.
