What is the best education plan in Ph lately?

i mean, i am no longer that familiar with education plans lately esp if whats the best buy in our country nowadays after the collapsed of cap. (tama ba un?) i have 1 year old niece and while she's still young- i want to gift her an education plan.

Tips or recommendations esp on what/where/whom to purchase education plans. Also, i am not currently in ph for 2 years now & counting so is it acceptable to apply on line?

Educational plans here in the Philippines are not reliable and often, like in cap, leaved the plan holders after saving a lot in their plans. If I were in your shoes its either I buy a small lot and sell it later, or invest in mutual plans from a reputable company.

Keep your money in the bank don't give your money to the SWINDLERS, no best educational plan all of them are swindlers.

Sun Education Plus from Sun Life Financial.  I don't have any personal experience with them but maybe your contacts in the Philippines can look into it.
