What is the best electric move in pokemon ?

i depends on wich version your playing, thunder is most the strongsters special attack for a pokemon, for attack i don't know wich the best.

But thunder never miss if its raining so try out :D

Well, I would also put it this way:

Thunder - Volt Tackle - Charge Beam - Thunderbolt

Those are the strongest electric attacks, Thunder has a base power of 120, and with Rain Dance on, It'll never miss, Volt Tackle has almost no use since only Pikachu can learn it and it's a Physical Attack...Charge Beam is super strong because it'll almost always increase your Sp Attk.

Thunderbolt is really good too with a base power of 95.

It's debatable. The four best are definitely Thunder, Thunderbolt, Volt Tackle, and Charge Beam

-Thunder boasts the strongest power of any Electric move (tied with Volt Tackle), and support from Rain Dance. When using Kyogre as a lead in a Rain Dance team, Thunder is the definite move of choice. If used with Serene Grace, it has a 60% chance of paralysis.

-Thunderbolt is better for general sweepers like Gengar, because it will generally always hit and has decent power

-Volt Tackle was a killer in RSE, because it was Special, so Pikachu could abuse it with Light Ball. Now, being Physical, most of it's use is gone, but in RSE, definitely a top pick

-Charge Beam is good because it boosts Special Attack 70% of the time. If you don't know the mechanics, each increase increases your SA by 50% of what it is. So a Pokemon with 350 Special Attack will have 525 after 1 Charge Beam's effect, 700 after 2, and 875 after 3, etc (up to1400 after 6). If on a Pokemon with Serene Grace, it will always increase SA, and become deadly.

but thunderbolt has best accuracy and is really strong to.

i think volt tackle is the best but it has recoil damage.
