  1. I've been playing for over 30 years and the only drink I've ever carried on court is water.  I will say that I've recently switched from plain bottled water (Evian) to Propel water, but only because I like the flavor.

  2. www.Tennisidentity.com has a review up of GU2O right now. You can check Gu's site to see if they sell it in the Phillipines or have it shipped -- it's a powder to mix

  3. no energy drinks. they consist mostly of caffeine and sugar. the best thing to use for an extra boost of energy are what alot of professional players use,are the powerbar gels.....they are packed with healthier electrolytes and carbs. they are quite accessible too...GNC has two different flavours and they ship worldwide.

  4. best energy drink are not very good.   most people get most energy from water cuz it hudrates you alot, and energy drinks ver y too much salt and too much sugar which brings you down

  5. None.  Energy drinks are a bad idea during a tennis match.  You certainly should have enough energy to get through a practice or a match without loading up with bad sugars and caffeine.

If you want something more than simple water, then bring Gatorade or Powerade.

  6. Water is the best drink for tennis but if you want something else then try powerade, lucozade or by a squash.

  7. why do you need extra energy for tennis?
