What is the best entry-level (below $200) gps out there?

my friends are recommending garmin 200w, garmin c340, or tomtom ONE (3rd edition) but i see the mio c220 out there for $99. help!!

  2. Buy a road map atlas--about 7 dollars and they don't get stolen. Why GPS?? Are you looking to impress people??? How can you not know where you are going?? get a clue !!
