What is the best excersize to help get rid of that spear tire in your lower mid-section?

  1. If your 14 its probably just baby weight and will fall away in a few years.  A large % of teens go thru a chubby phase,  i wouldnt sweat it for now.

    side crunches,  cardio swimming, and kickboxing are all great for the hip/ab area.  Also , if you drink alot of soft drinks, weight tends to collect there easier.  Cut soft drinks out and in 14 days you'll see a difference.

  3. The best thing is eat less c**p and do some running or anything cardio to burn calories.

  4. There isn't an exercise that you can do that will help you lose weight in one section or another. Cardio is the only thing you can do to burn fat. Go for a run, bike, anything that gets your heart pumping. That'll burn fat. You can do ab workouts to build muscle in your abs. However, you can't control where you lose weight, you'll lose it all over.

    either that or crunches every day.

    Try running too. Basic stuff is the

    most effective.

  6. Some form of crunches - whether you use an ab machine, or an exercise ball, or just do it on the floor - that's the best.  Remember to drink lots of water, and eat sensibly (better food choices, not less food)
