What is the best extraction method for extracting oxalic acid from parsley?

blend a water solution of pH ~ 4 ( so all the oxalic acid is in the acid form).Oxalic acid is soluble in water so it will be easily extracted into the aqueous phase. Filter to remove particulates then bring to ~ pH 6-7 with dilute NaOH. Add dropwise , a solution of CaCl2 ( ~ 0.2 M ) and collect the precipitate of CaC2O4. The precipitate can be dried and analyzed for C2O4-2 by titration , gravimetrically, etc . You could also analyze fo Ca in the precipitate and by knowing the stoichiometry calculate the C2O4-2 = H2C2O4
