Question:

What is the best eyeliner and mascara product I should use?

I once used PIXY but then after a long while the liquid eyeliner melted down; it's not really waterproof and it sucks.

Then I accidentally brought a kohl eyeliner, although my beauty book tells me not to, and it's actually right, the thing is the eyeliner was too soft..

When I went to a makeup store, the shopkeeper told me that the mascara I was going to buy is waterproof. But when I tried it and blinked my eyes a bit, it all melted down and dirted my cheeks

can anyone tell me what waterproof eyeliner and mascara I should use?

  1. try waterproof cream eyeliner from make up for ever & pump up the volume waterproof mascara from bourjois

  2. I always use a kohl eyeliner, any brand any company, as long as after I apply the kohl, I dab a little matching eye shadow over the kohl to matte it.  Incase you don't like colours, you can buy a black or dark brown or grey eye shadow to dab your kohl eyeliner, this will not smudge the entire day, it will just stay put.  Mascara, try Avon, Loreal, Max Factor, Lakme, there are many non-smudge mascaras, try a good quality brand.

  3. Maybelline is still the best and cheapest out there to this day.  They put a new one out a while back; it's silver and does not smudge and easy to take off with make-up remover.  They also have water proof eyeliner as well which works out.  I use eye shadow and a slim brush as an eyeliner to create a softness which really works well.  It blends so my makeup looks more natural.  Plus no smudges and it all stays on if I use loose powder underneath which "holds" the color in place.  Same thing for lipstick.....

  4. try Covergirl. they have all kinds of c**p you can use.
