What is the best eyeliner ever?

I'm looking for one from a Drugstore for cheap, and also one from somewhere more expensive.

I personally swear by MAC's fluidline.  It is more of a gel texture and needs to be applied with a brush, I use the 210 and it works wonders since I have more control od placement and how thick/thin I want it!

A good eyeliner that wont smear would be department store eyeliner like MAC

But if you want drugstore eyeliner try HIP by Loreal cream liner. Use a thin brush to waterline the inside.

I don't know of a good drugstore one but the one I use is Lancome's Artliner. I absolutely LOVE it! It's really easy to apply and stays on all day. It's a liquid eyeliner though, so if you only use pencil, I probably wouldn't recommend it for you. It's $28. Hope this helps! :)

for cheap: CoverGirl's is always good, you can find a big section in CVS and some in other drugstores

for expen.: e.l.f. (eyes lips face) is great, my fave eyeliner.  I don't know where they sell it cause I live in the NE but my sister sent me it from Cali.

Drugstore: Maybelline define a line (it's just like MAC's technikohl but not waterproof)

Highend: Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eyeliner or Make Up For Ever aqua eyes (both from sephora)

I like the khol eyeliner from Mac. I think it's easier to apply and remove. I personally don't like those cheap ones because it's terribly hard to both apply and remove. (Or maybe it's just my luck)
