What is the best eyeliner that stays on the longest.?

I have tried several eyeliners and they all seem not stay on very long, after a few hours I am applying it again. I do not care about the cost if it stays on more then a couple of hours.

try liquid liner. it works best for me. :}

Revlon ColorStay pencil and liquid eyeliner are great, usually most liquid eyeliners stay on for a while, I don't know why ones that you bought don't.

Pencil smudges easier than liquid, so if you want to stick with pencil, set it with powder eyeshadow using an angled eyeliner brush [I recommend NYX single eyeshadows, and as for an angled eyeliner brush ... Try Sephora]

Cover Girl Outlast Smoother is great.

It comes in a lot of colors, is very inexpensive, and lasts longer then any other drugstore brand. I highly reccomend it.

I would suggest either liquid eyeliner, or Hot Topic eyeliner.  I know that it seems like eyeliner from Hot Topic would suck(I thought that at first as well) but it really doesn't.  It doesn't smudge easily(I've never been able to) and it stays on all day for me.
