There are many many many products but products alone won't reduce pimples and the such.  First, I would buy Spectrogel or Oxyclean, just because i prefer those.  Next is eating healthy and staying away from oily and fatty foods but the key is moderation, not to much or to little.  Lastly is staying fit and clean.  Take showers or baths constantly, well, I'd say at least once a day.
