I guess we all dream, go fast, cheap, and costs low.

Probably there would a lot of vehicles for sale on the dealerships lots if this was possible. For each used car sold they want to make average 1500.00 dollars, so where do you think those vehicles are at? And why have the owners get rid of them? Because of a accident? Family member passed away? Maybe not a vehicle which has a clear Title? Like Stolen! To have some options you have to give some options you want. If you want speed, give up the idea of the price being low cost. Or give up the speed and look for the 15k Price. And also look into the vehicle as being a car you can drive for 3000 miles at one time with no Break downs, safety features are working, insurance company will insure it, and not endanger others on the road, and be safe. Been there and done that. I was 16 years old at one time and I still have car, in the garage, it has not been on the roads for over 25 years, and its fast, paid less then 4k for it.
