  7. By definition, fast food is bad for you.

    All of it.

    It's full of chemicals that make you fat, and that line your arteries with plaque.

    Eat FRESH food.  The less processed the better.

  14. Mcdonald's offers great choices if ya HAVE to eat fast food. All of there salads without the dressing are around 300 cal and the fruit and yogurt parfait is around 100 cal...yummy,too!
