  1. choose any style that takes your interest, there are many styles that compliement flexibility and speed. you could try a grappling style because of your height and weight which would help you gain the upper position while fighting, you could also try a striking style which are very good if you have quick feet because you'll be able to dodge ans strike right on time. You should really just look up a martail art schools in your area and decide which one is best for you.

  2. Since you're flexible and quick on your feet, taekwondo would be a good style for you. Flexibility is an important aspect, as TKD involves a lot of acrobatic kicks. Sparring is also very fast paced, so you'll catch on quickly if you're fast. You're pretty tall as well, so you'll have the advantage of a longer range.

If you're interested in sport, learn WTF style. Emphasis is on competition sparring and kicks, as they score bigger points than punches. Sparring is full contact, so eventually you'll need a lot of protective equipment.

If you want a more complete martial art, choose ITF taekwondo. It's a far better self defence system, as, unlike WTF style, it focusses on punches as well as kicks. It's less sport orientated and more traditional. The curriciulum includes sparring, breaking and a total of 24 patterns, and some schools will also teach you the philosophy behind TKD. Sparring is light contact, so you'll need basic protective equipment once you start sparring.

Both styles are going to be featured in the Olympics this year.

  5. Hi.

It is mostly personal preference but there are a few suggestions I can give you plus some general info.

Since you're tall, flexible and quick on your feet you may do well in Tae Kwon Do, a style that uses a lot of kicks.  The downside to this however is that this style is more of a sport and not so practical for self defense/combat.

Jujitsu, Brazilian or otherwise would utilize you size, weight and flexibility quite well but being quick on your feet may not come into play so much in this style.  Also, Jujitsu by itself relies on getting up close and tangling yourself with your opponent to subdue him, this is great if you’re fighting just one person but against multiple attackers it falls short.

Kenpo Karate is a very well rounded, versatile martial art that will utilize all your strengths to varying degrees.  The best part is that if you have your heart set on grappling but want something a little more practical Kenpo Karate actually uses some Jujitsu in conjunction with stand up martial arts.  The only down side it that Kenpo Karate usually has to be watered down for competition but if you don't care about competition then this can be seen as a plus.

Other styles that come to mind that you may want to look into are Muay Thai and Aikido.  Again, it's mostly personal preference, you'll likely find ways to make any martial art work better for you using your advantages, but hopefully I've given you a place to start :)

  6. you would be good heavyweight boxer, also depends how old you are, but the recognized best marital art is brazilian jujitsu. try one or both.

  7. Tall guys do good in wrestling and jiu-jitsu
