Most fish are good for you and readly aviable at your local market.  One point to keep in mind is try to buy only wild caught fish.  Farmed raised are full of antibotics and have not had the natural food that contributes to their taste.  I refuse to buy farmed fish.  Just look at the label. I prefer Salmon to most but Halibut, Shark and Swordfish are all good. Talipia is good but if you knew what they eat you would not go near them.
