What is the best fm transmitter for an mp3 player (preferably the newest gen ipod nano) ipod)

hey, i need to know wat kind of fm transmitter i should get for my car but i need you guys to have actually tried the thing before suggesting it. also, i have the newest generation ipod nano so either an auxillary or ipod fm transmitter can be suggested. i tried to look at online reviews but half of them seem made up and theres no reviews for others, thanks

They are spotty at best (I've tried two brands, both utter s***) Unless you are in a very rural area, the weak frequencies are usually taken over by some sort of talk/evangelical radio broadcast that gets in the way of your streaming music. Before I got a car with the auxiliary jack, I had to buy speakers for the iPod to be able to hear it in the car.

    The auxiliary audio input cable is your best bet and you don't need the fancy attachment Apple sells, the $8 cable works just as well.

    There's a picture in that website, but you can get a better price by hitting Radio Shack or Best Buy because you save yourself the shipping and handling fee.
