I've never been to the Minnesota State Fair, but I hear all sorts of good things about the ridiculous fair food.

So what are the best things to eat there?

  1. i love the fair. i go every year.

i am going tomorrow in fact. ;]

and even though i eat strict and healthy, when i go to the fair, i pig out. lol not literally.

i say the best food is the cheese curds from the food building.

or the milkshakes from the dairy barn. both are classices. along with the pronto pup.

and the red barn rootbeer is 1-2 bucks and its fantastic!

  2. I go every year. I usually get my staple of footlong pronto pup and cheese curds. I hit up the milk stand or get a milkshake from the dairy building. Then I try to find something I've never tried before.

    Gator on a stick

    Deep Fried Candy Bars

    Fried Fruit on a Stick

    Deep fried Oreoes

I think the new thing this year is Chocolate covered bacon a stick, or so I hear

  3. The best food to eat at any fair is the Polish or Italian sausages and the lemonade made by hand with real lemons. Yummy.

  4. The big buckets of fries and corndogs.

  5. Two things,

Sweat Marthas cookies and then go to the all you can drink milk booth. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm  makes me hungry!

  6. Anything and Everything.

Never eat before you go. When you go, go hog wild. I was up there a few years ago and my friends and I did this: We each went to a different stand and got something normal and then went to a different stand and got something different that we have never had before. Then we met at a table and divided everything up. So you get to try a little bit of everything. But what we did was a little over the top because two hours later, we had to go show our pigs. Oh and never wear white when you are around ketchup and mustard. My friend only had one white shirt for showing and he had a big red stain on the back of his shirt. Men!! Maybe see you up there.

Oh and my fav would have to be cheese curds.

  7. Cotton Candy and a Corn Dog!
