  1. Chicken & rice with a side of green beans. Something without a lot of fat & grease. Stay away from pizza, double bacon chili cheese burgers, and mozzarella sticks.


  2. drink lots of water. stay hydrated. eat alot of meat and protien and MOST IMPORTANT. CARBS... they give u ENERGY u will need!

  4. spaghetti is good its light and good for you but also eat sugars like ice cream after a long practice or workout cuz your body needs the sugars you lost out there.

  5. eat tuna fish or chicken

    whoever said eat spaghetti is f***** stupid

  7. before drink water, eat peanuts and 1 banana. it will give you fats and oils you need to survive practice. don't eat tooo much bananas, it will upset your stomach. also don't eat any dairy products, it will churn up and you might throw up. after practice, drink Gatorade, it will help restore your body, but drink a glass of water after, cuz drinking a lot of gatorade is bad for you. rest after practice to recover as well

  8. Something light before practice, like an energy bar. After, eat hardy, pasta and meat is good.
