  5. Nothing.... I worked at a Barnes & Noble with a Starbucks in it...you wouldn't believe the amount of fat and calories are in that food. Stay away.

  6. toffee almond nut bars, reduced fat coffee cakes are better for you though!

  8. If you're talking about pastries and bakery goods, ever Starbucks gets them locally, so they're different everywhere.  But you could ask the barista  if maybe they've tried various things and could tell you what's good.
