What is the best foreign language to learn??? and from where in kolkata???

The easiest would be Spanish, French, and Portuguese if your Native Language is English.  The Best would be Arabic, because it is all over Northern Africa and South West Asia.  It is a little more difficult to learn, but the need for Arabic translaters is much greater, because there are so few.  Supply verses Demand thing.
