What is the best free anti-malware with real-time protection?

superantispyware pro., in my opinion is the best, with real time protection.,it finds the c**p that all the others miss, its especially good at finding trojans., just get the free trial first to see if you like it.,

Spyware Terminator offers free resident protection; in my opinion, it's not the best scanner (I prefer Superantispyware but its free version doesn't offer resident protection) - if you install it, be aware that it likes to collect user info but you can switch this off in user settings; I don't use Web Guard which is an antiphishing tool (I prefer McAfee Site Advisor) nor do I activate HIPS. Other than that it does a reasonable job

You get a measure of protection with Spybot Search & Destroy if you activate Tea Timer

You could use Comodo BOClean as suggested above; another free alterantive is PCTools Threatfire - but these shouldn't be seen as replacements for antimalware scanners rather as complementary tools

Hmm... this is a tough one, since most are only on-demand. I would have too say that Comodo BOClean is your best bet when it comes too realtime. However it is ONLY REAL-TIME. It has no on-demand features. It will stop many bad things from running. It will not however stop cookies, and useless junk. I would then just get spybot to go along with that, and maybe spyware blaster, which simply uses immunity, and just fixes holes, which can help keep you safe.
