Shooters: Call of Duty 4 and Battlefield Bad Company

Sports: NBA 2K8 and Madden 09

Strategy: Civilization and Rock Band

If you have a 360 you can never get bored with Halo 3 different modes but sniping sucks. Gears is great to for different modes.

If you have a PS3 Resistance is great.

Call of Duty 4 is the best online play hands down. Halo 3 is ok, but quite laggy. Gears of War is also one of the best.

Both Call of Duty:World at War and Gears of War Two are gonna be the best games that set the standard for online gaming. well, maybe killzone 2 and Resistance two may also kick *** but we'd have to wait awhile for them to come out in the first place.
