What is the best gas card for my situation?

Im gonna be driving 1600 miles over the course of 2 weeks in July. I was thinking about buying a gas card to help save some money.. What prepaid cards offer the best bang for my buck? Any other ideas to save on gas other than slowing down and making sure my vehicle is in good shape (tune up, tire pressure, blah blah blah)

Kroger has a deal where you buy a $300 gift card they give you $330 value.  It can be used for gas at Krogers

Use cruise control on the highway. It gets rid of the accelerating and decelerating which will save you. Use overdrive gears, it gives your engine less work. AC on low if needed. Keep windows up on the highway.
