  1. If you can get a 8800 card, get it. It might be a little above your price range - not sure, because it depends where you are and stuff. If there's nothing in the neighborhood, try newegg - I've attached a link.

  2. I don't think you need to upgrade the GPU. I think it's great. You just need to buy a better CPU, and switch to Vista.

  3. Nvidia Geforce 7100 GS is not a good GPU to run World in Conflict, release 2007, best and inexpensive option is to buy a Geforce 8800 GS card (good card with high performance and quality and inexpensive, it can run all of the games.

    It is less $ 88.

But if you are looking for ultimate solution then buy the world's fastest card (your motherboard is compatible with it), ATI's Radeon HD 4870 X2, Dual GPU solution but expensive nowadays, almost $500.

  4. I would suggest a processor/video card upgrade.

That card is PCI-E, so you can use most cards. You might want to look into an 8800 GS, depending on your price range.

Also don't upgrade to vista, it will drop your FPS and doesn't have any real benefits for gaming (DX10 is a joke)
