First learn to spell college. Then the golf schools are SMU, Arizona State, U. of Arizona, U. of Texas, Texas A & M., Stanford,TCU, USC, Duke, Florida State, Univ. of Florida, Georgia Tech.,NC State, Univ. of North Carolina, Wake Forest, Ohio State.All the colleges are good schools and all have had great teams in the past as well as the present.. The competition is tough and there are hundreds of Juniors looking for those scholarships. Good Luck!!

Also, don't forget a college in Oklahoma.  Oklahoma State University.  There are a number of OSU golf alums on the PGA tour today...and there are a couple of current golfers on the OSU team that fared pretty well in the U.S. Open.  And, think they have won a National Championship or two......Anyway, might take a look at the past Golf NCAA National Champion Colleges, and that might help you decide...and it is...college.  Good Luck.

There are a lot of good golf schools because it really only takes a couple of real good players to make a team competitive.  You'll need to be at least scratch to be considered for a scholarship at a decent school.

If you're good enough to be considered in high school, then coaches will talk to you.  I thought I was good, but when only a couple local schools were interested, I knew I wasn't that good.  Also, when a guy who got a Big10 scholarship shot a 68 against me in match play on a 7000-yard (73.4 rated) course, I knew a scholarship to a good school was not in my future.
