    This book, in combination with the enlightenment that PGA Professional Manuel de la Torre brought to my game, took me from a 4 to a +3.  Oh, and a little practicing, too.

  4. David Leadbetter's "Positive Practice." He's worked with professional athletes, and the book is easy to read and implement.
