What is the best gps and cheap?

i live in US. i want to know which GPS is best and cheap($100-$150) in this range. what company is best and which has more address. i live on highway. i dont think any GPS is having my address. please help me. thank you in advance.

Go to Sports Authority, they resently had a TomTom on sale for about 140 something dollars, my mom bought one and its great!

Cheap, I would suggest the Garmin Nuvi 200, it is currently $150 at best buy and comes with a free case.  This sale runs till July 26th 2008.
