What is the best gum shield to wear whilst playing rugby?

is that the same as a mouth guard?  if soooo... i have a shock doctor mouth guard... it comes with a guarantee/ insurance- cost about 15 or so us$- a little more expensive than the other's but its worth it- and it has fit way better than all the others ive ever had.  ive actually been able to reshape it a couple of times.
