What is the best hand vacuum to use besides dyson?

Hi, I just need a hand vacuum to use for those crumbs and things. I do not want to lug out the big dyson every time there are crumbs or whatever on the floor. What is the best hand vacuum you can get?

Hoover is the only brand I will buy, they make really great hand vacs.
