Try hardcoresportsradio.com. I don't know anything about sports gambling, but i know it is a radio station dedicated to sports betting and there is a ticker with all the days lines.

stay away from hardcoresports radio.

It's a show for 30 minutes after like 3 hours of sports talk.

Those guys don't know nothing about sports at ALL.  Never mind wasting time on sports betting.

Well you arent going to find a website that is strictly a site for Canadian sports.  One of my favourite sites is www.prolinecappers.com.  They have a couple of experts that focus mainly on NHL, CFL and also do all other North American sports.
