Plantronics makes some excellent headsets.

I use their DSP-400 and DSP-500 USB headsets.  These are older models but work great.

Recently I purchased the Plantronics Calisto Pro phone system, which is also uses DECT 6.0 technology.  

This is a very cool phone system that connects to PSTN landline, my VoIP phone ATA, or wirelessly to my PC softphones like Skype.  It is very cool..... but also very pricy:

The handset operates up to 300 ft from the base unit, and the wireless headset operates up to 30 ft from the handset (which clips to your belt).
