That would be the IRIS 3000!  I love this phone.  It's a video phone where you can see the person live when talking to them.  It has many other features as well.  Great for conference calls as well as many other things.  It can be used as a video phone or as well as a regular phone.  It can also be used for residential phone.  I saw this phone when I was watching the apprentace with Donald Trump.  It was on his desk.  I can give you a link where you can purchase this phone.  It's an exclusive.  The phone itself is free with a two year contract of unlimited calling anywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada as well as going to be unlimited calling in Europe.  They charge $29.99 a month for unlimited calling.  I don't know recall what the prices were for the other plans, but for a home office, even a traditional office this is an awesome phone and I highly recommend it.  My mother has one as well in her house and gets to see my kids while she talks to them, and my kids love the phone as well.  As for businesses, like I said, it's a great phone to have for a variety of different things.  If the person your calling doesn't have a video phone, you can still talk to them.
