  1. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (google the site) , or food enzymes.

Loose...... Chia seeds  mixed in a smoothie... about 12 tsp though out the day.  Will take about a week to get consistancy depending on current health.  Google Chia to look up awesome qualities.

  2. Its hard but try eatting only raw foods.

Because of eating only raw foods your body will be put at ease since the food enzymes digests the food its in with little help from teh pancreas. This lets your bodys natural store of enzymes build back up. Most humans have an enlarged pancreas to put out more digestive enzymes since everything now adays is processed. Which usually ends up with bad digestion as you age since theres no recooperation time.

Also eat lots of soluable fiber to get your large bowel to reabsorb the water.

Another thing that causes poor digestion is gluten, which is found in wheat products. It's hard to digest because it's cooked, has enzyme receptors, and is highly alcohol soluable. You can easily substitute wheat with rice.

If this all sounds too hard and depressing, it is at first but its worth it. I'm on a strictly meat, rice, fruit and vegetable diet and my digestion has never been better. You can probably put some money into a good high dose probiotic supplement to reculture your bowel with good bacteria.

  3. i would say get some acidophilus. It puts the good bacteria back in your body. And start eating bananas that will help the loose motion. If I am understanding your question......

  4. protein first then carbs..............if you eat this way please allow for about 2 minutes between the protein and the carbohydrates..............................

  5. pineapple

  6. What you are describing sounds like what is called Spleen Qi Deficiency in Chinese medicine. While not a simple concept to convey, the Spleen function in Chinese medical theory is responsible for the 'transportation and transformation of foods and fluids'. Ironically, a diet of mainly raw foods and juices will actually damage the Spleen function further.
