Brinks, they are vary caring for there costumers. If you have any alarms go off, they call your house immediately, if you answer but do not know the password (that you set up) they will send police man to your house to check on you. This is so someone can not just pick up the phone and say "every thing's fine"

A lot of them are the same hun. Not kidding. And all system's will false at one point in time. Check out companies near you and find out the info you need to know: cost of parts, cost of installation (labour), cost of monitoring fee's, cost of hourly rates should you ever need a technician to attend, contract costs, what the contact includes (if you need/want to sign one). :)
