I made it myself. here's the recipe if you want to try it.

microwave half a teacup or coffee cup of water on HIGH for 50 seconds. stir in 1 1/2 tbs of chocolate frosting like betty crocker until completely dissolved.add some milk until the cup is full. add a pinch of cinnamon, stir in, top with chocolate whipped cream like reddi-wip and if you want, grate nutmeg on top. looks, tastes and smells delicious. try it.

I like to make my own: Swiss Miss made with milk instead of water with reddi whip on top.

Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks has fairly decent hot cho, but I prefer to make my own.

I don't know of any places in DC, but if you just wanted to know in general--the best hot chocolate I've ever had was from Finale in Boston.

I'm not about any specific places for good hot cocoa in dc, but I remember going to a bunch of cafes close to Georgetown Uni that had good ones!

As much as I hate to admit it and promote them, Starbuck's has some pretty awesome hot chocolate. I think you can find them in DC on every street corner! LOL

ooooohhh, my mouth is drooling. lol well i like the Swiss Miss you can get it at your local grocery store! Yummy. Oh and get some for me too!! lol
