Well really find what ever is cheap Ill tell you why.....We stayed at the Disney Hotel when I went last year....btu you don't need to go all fansy and get a big room or anything because the parks are so much fun u will only sleep at the hotel other than that u will basicly be at the parks because they are too fun not to go to

It depends upon your definition of "Best".

If you're talking about a 5-Star hotel, you're talking about the Grand Californian - but it's reeeaaaalllyyyy expensive.

If you're talking about Best for a Family, I've head very good things about the Candy Cane. Also the Carousel, Best Western and Ramada because they are (literally) across the street.

If you're looking for the Best inexpensive motel, I find the del Sol to be very good.
