This is where I stay every time, its very close to the port and the airport and the rates are amazing, they have two pools, lots of eating venues, free wireless acess and a walgreens incase you forgot anything vital!  I work onboard a ship and have tried alot of hotels there, this one is my favourite.

I stayed at the Radisson. It is the closest but also best hotel at Port Canaveral.

They have a free shuttle to the ship but I'm not sure about parking as we took a taxi from the Airport.

Make sure you check out the Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach.
