  1. I think Walrein would be the best choice

  2. Weavile, Sneasel, Absol and Glaceon are good choices.

Sneasels are found next to Snowpoint (of course), and they evolve into Weavile by giving it a Razor Claw to hold, and then level it up at night. It should evolve after that. I suggest using a Rare Candy.

Also, you can trade Absol to your Diamond through Pal Park with Emerald, Sapphire or Ruby...

And Glaceon evolves from Eevee... by leveling up your Eevee near the Icy Rock which is close to Snowpoint. I also suggest using Rare Candies for that.

  3. I would have to say, the best one that learns an ice move is porygon or porygon 2 or porygon z. They can learn ice beam, plus they have high special attack and good speed.

    or else weavile.

  4. unfortunately, ice types are hard to come by before you defeat the elite four. Abamasnow is good, but i wouldn't use it because it has to many weaknesses. Weavile is indeed a good choice. But if its ice moves you re looking for and not necessarily  ice types, just teach ice tms to pokemon good against fire. like empoleon for example.

  5. weavile is the best one because it has a wide range of moves it can learn such as ice punch, night slash, x scissor, brick break, aerial ace, and poison jab, which can take down a lot pokemon in the elite four.

  6. weavile is

    ignore Hooters -_-

  7. I would go with Abomasnow(which is what i used), and up two PP ups on its blizzard, so it can use it 7 times(just in case it misses.

If u have it at a good lvl, and u equip nevermeltice, it will be like a one-hit-KO
