What is the best inground pool alarm?

I am looking to supplement the fence surrounding my pool with a pool alarm. Options are alarms that float in the pool, vs. gate alarms, etc. I want to be able to disable the alarm when people are swimming. Thoughts?

Well... surely if you're installing an alarm you'll know how to disable it, maybe you didn't find the directions in the user's manual? Surely it doesn't say the alarm needs to be on at all times, there has to be a way to switch it off, like mine, I just press in the pin number and it is either on or off. I'm sure most alarms work the same way.
