What is the best instructional pole dance dvd for beginners?

Live out in the middle of nowhere......boring....

decided to learn how to pole dance. X-pole on way- need a good dvd. Any ideas?

You can get it for a decent price on amazon Also some Gyms teach it as an aerobic exercise.

go to strip watch girls dance...go home dance like girls. i dont know look on the itnernet.

It's always better to find someone who can teach you in person. There are little tricks and tips you'll never pick up from a dvd, that a person can tell you, and you're like "aha!" There will be a begining dvd that will come with your x-pole (I have the same pole) that will teach you a few moves, but isn't anything special. Look on the internet to find one that has good reviews, but for free, you can go on youtube and learn the same darn thing!

Look up different dances, and pick tricks up from there, trying over and over again. There are also mini-sodes where people teach you one or two moves and break it down for you.
