It would aslo be good if it created a passive (residual) income so you still earn money even when you're not at work

I would think that depends on if you're doing it for the cash or the satisfaction of doing it.  Although, p**n stars come immediately to mind, as a way to combine both.

It's been said there is only one job where all of your problems are behind you > & that would be a school bus driver!

But in the long run, I'd think whatever you'd do for no pay, if you didn't need the money, would be considered the best job.  Things like working for Habitat for Humanity.  Or volunteer work helping others.
